Clash Royale Tournament in Helsinki (4/16)

Greetings, Challengers!

Since global launch, it's been amazing to see players organize their own ad-hoc Clash Royale tournaments and events all over the world. Now, we want to see what it'd be like to put on an "official" tournament!

So, as you may have heard, we're running our first official Clash Royale tournament in Helsinki this Saturday! This is a proof of concept event for us, to test out some ideas on how we might run physical tournaments in the future - everything from the tournament rules, operational logistics and broadcasting style.

It's an open event, designed to let everyone who wants to participate come and compete, whether you live in Finland or not. So far, we have ~200 people coming from around the globe - but understandably most are from Finland! We're deliberately holding this first event in Helsinki so that we can all be there and learn.

This is a big moment for us, and we know everything may not go smoothly the first time. But again, we think we'll learn a lot as we figure out the right approach for throwing more official Clash Royale tournaments in the future!

How can you watch?

See you in the Arena,
